Operations Manager

Operations Manager Opportunity! This growing international lifestyle brand business is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics across the UK and Europe. With strong stakeholder management and communication, in this role you will ensure efficient order fulfilment, strong 3PL coordination, and on-time, accurate deliveries. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end outbound order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full visibility through systems such as SAP Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless integration of new initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all operations-related activities, including inventory management, order tracking, and delivery schedules.
