The Role : As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for protecting JYSK’s assets and minimizing losses though effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in store. You will be working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to: managing inventory, controlling stock levels, ensuring accurate cash handling, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, you will also be responsible for conducting regular audits of the store’s operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
