Operations Manager-India

Responsibilities 1.OEM Operations & Project Coordination •Act as the local operations interface of the company in India, responsible for day-to-day coordination with OEM manufacturing partners; •Track execution of OEM assembly, testing, and shipment activities, and support resolution of on-site operational issues; •Support new model introduction, pilot production, issue rectification, and related project milestones. 2. Supply Chain & Delivery Support •Support local operations related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination; •Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, monitor and resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays; •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance •Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; •Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality procedures; •Identify and implement corrective actions for non-conformities or deviations from established quality standards. 4. Stakeholder Management •Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM manufacturing partners, customers, and internal stakeholders; •Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution; •Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics.
