Operations Manager H/F

Pour our client, an emblematic company of the Geneva basin. We are looking for an operations manager H/F.

Missions:

• Conducting incineration and energy valorization installations
• FOLLOWING THE GOOD FUNCTIONING OF INSTALLATIONS DURING REGULAR TOURS
• Optimizing energy production at the site
• Ensuring regulatory compliance of environmental emissions
• Maintenance 1st level of waste treatment and energy production facilities.

  Profile sought:

  • Holding a CFC or equivalent in a technical branch, ideally mechanical, electromechanical, or heating installer with at least 2 years' experience.
  • The course for boiler personnel would be an asset.
  • Flexibility to respond to 3*8 hours to ensure the functioning of the factory 24/7 (night work, weekends, and public holidays), replacement of colleagues' absences, imposed vacation periods.
  • Excellent physical condition to work in an environment exposed to various risk families and physical demands (dust, machine noise, falling objects, air currents, temperature variations, explosions...).
  • A driving license and personal transportation are mandatory.
