As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsible for the daily management of the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Housekeeping departments;
• Reports to the General Manager and participates in the Management Team;
• Determine, pursue, and adjust the goals of the hotel;
• Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with department heads;
• Initiate and realize improvements in product and service offerings;
• Signal opportunities and respond to the wishes of (potential) guests;
• Lead, inspire, motivate, coach, and develop operational department heads.

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial manager who excels at leadership and is only satisfied when goals have been achieved. You possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and work accurately and punctually. At the same time, you are a true team player, result-oriented, and solution-focused with an outstanding time management.

In addition, you meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of relevant management experience within the hospitality industry;
• A completed HBO education, preferably from Hotelschool or a comparable education;
• Good financial knowledge in terms of budgeting, turnover, and cost control;
• Creative and innovative, dares to think outside the box and seize new opportunities.

This organization offers the Operations Manager a versatile and independent function in a dynamic environment.
