Operations Manager / Founder's Associate (100 % Remote, m/w/d)

As our portfolio grows and we start new projects, we're looking for a smart operational support that keeps us up to date with day-to-day business. Aufgaben

• Projekt-Support: You help with the care of our participations (Gaming & Education). You research information, prepare documents and keep deadlines in mind.
• Research & Analyse: We want to understand a new market? You research tools, competitors or trends and summarize the results concisely.
• Prozess-Management: You maintain our internal workflows and ensure that tools and dashboards are set up and up-to-date.
• Operations & Orga: You keep the store running. Dates, emails, invoices – you ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
• Schnittstelle: You're a point of contact for freelancers or partners and ensure a smooth information flow.

Qualifikation

• Digital Native: You move confidently in the internet. Tools like Discord, Trello or AI applications (e.g. Gemini) are not new to you, but part of your daily routine.
• Organisations-Talent: You structure yourself independently in a home office and don't lose sight even with multiple projects.
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: You quickly get up to speed in new software or topic areas.
• Dein Hintergrund: Whether study, vocational training or career changer – your background is less important to us than your motivation, your thinking ahead and your reliability.
