Aufgaben

Your Mission:

In our operational daily business, you support the team in processing inquiries mainly on weekends, coordinate smaller workflows, and actively contribute to the success of our Support.

• You are the first point of contact for our patients, doctors, and pharmacies via E-Mail, Telephone & Chat
• You process incoming customer requests independently and ensure a quick and solution-oriented clarification
• You accompany patients through processes, explain workflows clearly, and ensure a smooth process
• You document inquiries, processes, and solutions carefully in our systems
• You recognize recurring challenges and forward relevant information to the responsible teams
• You work closely with internal and external interfaces together to efficiently resolve customer requests
• You ensure a high service- and quality-oriented approach in every customer interaction
• You go empathetically on follow-up questions, uncertainties or complaints and find suitable solutions

Qualifikation

Your toolkit consists of:

• Flexibility to navigate safely in a strongly dynamic market and between changing priorities
• Hands-On mentality, intrinsic motivation, and a clear focus on outputs
• A willingness to work weekends during a 5-day week
• A professional appearance, even in sensitive situations
• A service mindset: Enjoy direct contact with people and a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit and a willingness to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills when dealing with different stakeholders
• Ideal experience (first) team leadership experience
• Very good German, English is an asset
