Operations Manager Customer Service (m/w/d) - Berlin

Your Mission

To drive our vision forward and sustainably grow our business, we are looking for an experienced and analytical person to join our customer service team. In this role, you will not only be the first point of contact for our customers but also actively support your team leads through data-based analyses, process improvements, and structured feedback.

• You resolve inquiries from customers (e.g., during onboarding, contractual or technical issues) and ensure a top-notch customer experience.
• You analyze recurring customer inquiries and feedback, derive recommendations, and support the continuous improvement of our processes.
• You work closely with the operations and sales team to ensure that customer requirements are efficiently and sustainably implemented.
• You recognize optimization potential in customer service and actively supports team leads in IT- and KI-gestützten scaling, automation, and optimization of processes .
• You are responsible for the results and KPI development of your own areas, develop solutions for complex inquiries, and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.

Your Talent

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to recognize and implement data-based optimization potential.
• Communication skills, empathy, and a convincing appearance – you can inspire customers about our product.
• A structured, solution-oriented work approach and enjoyment of scaling, automating, and optimizing processes.
• Floated German language skills on C2 level in word and writing and English language skills on B2 level.
