General Responsibilities:

The Account Operations Manager is responsible for leading, optimizing, and governing the integral operation of the account, ensuring excellence in data management, analytics, and reporting. This role drives data-driven decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and guarantees the quality, integrity, and availability of information for internal and client stakeholders.

Works transversally with local, regional, and global teams to ensure the delivery of KPIs, actionable insights, and compliance with operational standards.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or account/global account management.
  • Proven experience in managing large volumes of data and generating insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
  • Experience in designing and implementing operational processes, reports (including financial reports).
  • Experience in global environments and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in real estate, corporate services, or consulting.
  • Advanced English

Key Interfaces:

  • Client stakeholders (local, regional, and global), internal teams (transactions, helpdesk, FM, finance, PM), interlock partners, technology and data teams, external vendors, and regional leaders.

Main Responsibilities Operations and Data Management

  • Lead the account's operational strategy focused on improving data quality, reporting, and performance.
  • Design, implement, and optimize data management models (data governance, quality, integrity).
  • Supervise the collection, consolidation, and validation of information from multiple sources.
  • Ensure the availability of accurate and timely executive dashboards and reports.
  • Generate advanced analysis and data mining to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage information tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal platforms, BI tools).

Responsibilities Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead the development of high-impact operational, financial, and executive reports.
  • Present results, performance, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment in metrics and KPIs at the regional/global level.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for data, reporting, and performance matters.
  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives.

Responsibilities Continuous Improvement and Governance

  • Report and monitor operational and account performance KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with client processes, standards, and policies.
  • Optimize processes through automation and the use of analytical tools.
  • Identify operational risks and lead mitigation plans.
  • Preparation of MOR, QBR, and strategic reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting
  • Level of client and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Operational efficiency and SLA compliance.
  • Generation of insights that impact strategic decisions.
  • Continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Adoption of data, AI, and analytics tools.


We offer:

Gross salary: $110,000 to $140,000 according to experience
