Operations Manager

Job description

Job Summary: Manage the human, technical, and financial resources of the plant's process department, establishing action guidelines and following the objectives set by plant management, achieving product quality and profitability, complying with safety initiatives, and developing the best workplace. Main Responsibilities: Ensure that manufactured products arrive on time and complete to their immediate customers and meet established specifications to meet consumer requirements (domestic and export). Coordinate and control production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and procedures. Develop and implement process improvements, optimizing resource utilization and reducing waste. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented actions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee participation and engagement. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
