Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the operational and managerial management of a group of companies active in the sectors of training, consulting, corporate certifications, and ICT. The figure will have the task of coordinating activities, people, priorities, and processes, transforming business objectives into concrete execution and measurable results. We are looking for someone with organizational and managerial experience, able to work in dynamic, multi-service, and quality-oriented contexts. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating and planning operational activities; • Managing and controlling budgets; • Developing and implementing process improvements; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Collaborating with other departments and teams; • Providing support and guidance to team members; • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in an operational management role.
