Operations Manager
Job description
Operations Manager Responsibilities Production Management Oversee and coordinate all activities in the main plant and cold store. Set, plan, and monitor daily production goals. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met. Supervise and motivate staff; manage absenteeism and performance. Control issuing of raw materials and ensure proper labelling and dispatch. Enforce hygiene, housekeeping, temperature control, and safety protocols. Manage machinery maintenance and minimize downtime. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
