Operations Manager

Bipmobile is looking for an Operations Manager to contribute directly to the improvement of the company's operational performance.

We are not talking about a classic dispatching role or exclusive coordination of daily transports.

We are looking for someone to help us make the organization run better: more efficiently, more structured, with clear responsibilities, relevant KPIs, and actions tracked to completion.

Who we are looking for

We are open to different levels of seniority.

The right candidate can be:

• an experienced Operations Manager;
• a Logistics or Supply Chain Manager;
• a very good Team Leader or Supervisor;
• a Project Manager;
• a Continuous Improvement Manager;
• a professional with operational experience and evident leadership potential.

Experience matters, but for us attitude, ownership, and execution capacity are decisive.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with company management and with the heads of operational sub-departments to:

• monitor operational activity;
• define and track KPIs;
• develop an efficient reporting system;
• analyze productivity and profitability;
• identify deviations, bottlenecks, and recurring problems;
• establish actions and track them to completion;
• improve collaboration between departments;
• optimize processes;
• coordinate efficiency improvement projects;
• support digitalization and automation projects;
• transform operational data into concrete decisions and actions.

The Right Profile

We want someone who:

• has ownership and a sense of responsibility;
• is organized and disciplined;

• thinks logically and in a structured manner;
• is comfortable with numbers, Excel, and KPIs;
• understands the relationship between operations, cost, and profit;
• shows initiative;
• learns quickly;

• is oriented towards continuous improvement.

Experience in transport and logistics is an advantage, but experiences from automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, project management, or continuous improvement are also relevant.

A good level of English is required.
