Operations Manager Apotheken

Full Time Lead

Job description

You recognize opportunities before others do, and bring projects to a close? Then shape the future of our pharmacy network with us. We are not looking for a classical branch manager, but an entrepreneurial thinking person who recognizes growth projects, plans, and implements them comprehensively – across all locations, procurement, and our online shop.

You will be responsible for the commercial part. All pharmaceutical questions will be decided in close consultation with our chief pharmacists – you do not need a pharmaceutical education for that.

Aufgaben

Projects recognize & implement comprehensively

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth and optimization potential independently
  • Steer projects from idea to completion – including effort, approvals, personnel requirements, and timeline
  • Example: additional revenue through courier deliveries after 7 pm – from the checklist (personnel, approvals, processes) to coordination and complete implementation
  • Preliminary preparations or steering of applications at authorities and chambers by service providers

Strategy, assortment & procurement

  • Recognize trends and derive new recipes or offers, and implement them
  • Optimize procurement and lead negotiations with suppliers and conditions
  • Make strategic decisions for the online shop (assortment, growth, processes)

Steering, budget & team

  • Budgeting, planning, and operational steering of projects
  • Affiliate task distribution, coordination, and motivation of the involved teams
  • Review accounting and continuous process improvement

Qualification

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and the ability to really close projects
  • Experience in project management, business development, or a similar shaping role
  • You do not need a pharmaceutical education – you are responsible for the commercial part, and clarify pharmaceutical issues in consultation with our chief pharmacists
  • Negotiation skills in procurement and a good sense of trends and numbers
  • Structured, independent working style and joy in taking responsibility and leading teams
  • Safe handling of numbers, office, and common digital tools

Benefits

We offer

  • A very good salary
  • A young, motivated team and an open culture with short decision-making paths
  • A strongly growing environment where leadership responsibility can grow quickly
  • Lots of design freedom and real responsibility from the start
  • Multifaceted projects across pharmacies, procurement, and online business

Then we look forward to your application with CV, possible start date, and salary expectations.
