Operations Manager, Amazon Logistics

You will work closely with other teams such as Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a team of operations leaders to achieve business objectives, • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, • Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve operational issues, • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive results. What you'll need: • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field, • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field, • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving results, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
