Operations Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Levin manufacturing site. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for safety, operational performance, people leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in delivering site KPIs while contributing to short- and mid-term business planning in a regulated industrial environment. This role suits a hands-on, values-driven leader who thrives in complex manufacturing settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the site management team to achieve business objectives; • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards; • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment; • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Operations Management or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong leadership and management skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
