Operations Lead

Position Overview

Optimizes production processes, PMO governance, capacity planning, utilization, reporting, and operational performance across the hub, ensuring teams work with clear processes, metrics, and escalation paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workflow optimization, governance routines, PMO standards, and operational planning.
• Develop capacity models, utilization reporting, dashboards, and delivery performance views.
• Partner with Studio Lead, Project Managers, and creative production leads to remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with intake, brief, scope, approval, QA, release, and archive workflows.
• Drive automation, templates, tool adoption, and operational playbooks.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, PMO, production management, workflow governance, or creative operations.
• Experience improving high-volume production workflows.
• Strong analytical, financial, and reporting mindset.
• Advanced English for leadership updates and stakeholder management.

Technical Skills / Tools

• Workfront, Airtable, Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar.
• Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and documentation tools.
