Operations Lead, operative Leitung (w/m/d) in Passau

We are looking for a full-time Operations Lead (m/w/d) in Passau. Not a creative feel-good manager, but the 'rock in the storm', who loves processes, keeps deadlines and leads our team operationally.

Aufgaben

• Ressourcenplanung: Who does what until when?
• Qualitätssicherung: We only deliver if it's perfect.
• Schnittstelle: You are the link between customer requirements and implementation.

Qualifikation

You are operationally responsible for daily business. Therefore, you must bring:

• Experience in agency, IT service (at least 2 years), including 1+ year as Team Lead, Project Management or comparable
• Conflict stability (sensible, not loud)
• Pleasure in structure, lists, tickets, clarity
• Decision-making pleasure even without perfect information
• Responsibility awareness: 'If it goes wrong, it's my topic'
• Customer orientation and process knowledge
