Operations Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Operations Lead who will be the link between business, operations, and technology to lead the evolution and enablement of GRAVTY.

You will be responsible for translating business needs into operational solutions within the platform, coordinating implementations, optimizing processes, and ensuring that different areas adopt best practices to maximize GRAVTY's value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Continuous Improvement

• Lead the operational enablement and evolution of GRAVTY as a strategic platform.
• Translate business requirements into executable initiatives within the platform.
• Design, optimize, and document scalable operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain operational standards, policies, RACI matrices, and process documentation.

Project Management

• Lead implementation and GRAVTY improvement projects.
• Coordinate initiatives between Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Implementation, and business areas.
• Track work plans, dependencies, risks, and commitment dates.
• Escalate promptly any blockers that may affect operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the point of contact between business areas and technical teams.
• Facilitate alignment between operational priorities and technological capabilities.
• Generate executive visibility on progress, risks, and results.

Adoption and Enablement

• Lead the adoption strategy of GRAVTY within the organization.
• Develop functional documentation, training materials, and Train the Trainer programs.
• Support users and allies during implementation and change processes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge in the operational platform GRAVTY is necessary.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Desirable knowledge in data analysis.
• Intermediate-advanced English (B2/C1).

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Process Excellence, or similar roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience implementing or administering operational platforms, ERPs, CRMs, or business management tools.
• Experience documenting processes and generating scalable operating models.
• Desirable experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or consulting companies.
