Medic Assist is a growing and internationally active company in the field of safety solutions / medical technology - here: AED solutions. We combine medical products with digital services and reliable operational processes and care for non-medical companies and organizations in Germany and worldwide.

To ensure that our growth continues to be based on a solid foundation, we are looking for an experienced and pragmatic person who coordinates and develops our operational processes at the Bochum location together with the team.

Aufgaben

Ihre Rolle

As Operations, you will take on a central role in our daily operations.

You will ensure that tasks, responsibilities, and processes are well coordinated. In this context, you will work closely with the management and various company departments to implement new processes and digital solutions.

You will be present in everyday life, approachable, and support the team in creating reliable and practical structures. You will combine a good overview with the willingness to deal with the details of a process.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination and development of operational processes at the Bochum location
• Surety of clear responsibilities, good handovers, and reliable work routines
• Begleitung of the practical implementation of new processes and digital systems
• Koordination of cross-departmental topics between Service, Administration, Technology, and other internal departments
• Support in organizing and developing our service areas
• Begleitung of the integration and development of employees
• Participation in application, feedback, and personnel conversations
• Koordination of operational needs, inventories, delivery dates, and external partners
• Structuring of meetings, tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
• Close cooperation with management in implementing operational goals
• Support in daily operations if necessary for a better understanding or quick solution

Qualifikation

Das bringen Sie mit

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen, koordinierenden oder führenden Funktion
• Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen, Teams oder betrieblichen Strukturen
• Freude daran, Prozesse nicht nur zu planen, sondern praktisch umzusetzen
• Ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Arbeitsabläufe und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Programme und Systeme einzuarbeiten
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Fachbereichen
• Einen respektvollen, verbindlichen und kooperativen Führungsstil
• Die Fähigkeit, Klarheit und Verbindlichkeit zu schaffen, ohne unnötige Hierarchien aufzubauen
• Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und hands-on geprägte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft, grundsätzlich vier bis fünf Tage pro Woche am Standort Bochum präsent zu sein
