Job Description – Operations Lead (Hosur) Location: Hosur Experience: 15 Years Role Overview: The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing integrated operations at a manufacturing site, ensuring efficient delivery of technical and soft services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations across at the manufacturing facility Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and operational continuity Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field 15 years of experience in operations management Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of SAP ERP system is an added advantage.
