Location: Chennai Role Level: Operations Team Lead ⏳ Experience: 4–6 years (including 1–2 years in a supervisory role) ⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners only (mandatory) Role Overview Lead and manage ARF & S&I operations teams, ensure SLA adherence to drive business growth. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic plans for the operations function. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business continuity. Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational metrics.
