YOUR ROLE
You are part of our leadership team and drive our digital transformation forward – initially without personnel responsibility, but with direct influence on the entire company management. AI, automation, and smart processes are your playground.

YOUR FIRST PROJECTS

• AI-supported order system: Building an intelligent, automated order process
• AI-based customer service system: Co-development of a new, scalable support system

YOUR MISSION

• Integrate AI applications and automation into our core processes (n8n, Make, PowerAutomate, LLMs)
• Develop and connect system landscapes (JTL-Wawi, Shopify Plus, MS365)
• Analyze, simplify, and automate processes – together with the teams
• Publish KPIs, build steering instruments, and co-create the operations strategy

Qualification

• Experience in IT, e-commerce, or D2C field – you know how online retail works
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, ERP systems, and system integration
• Hands-on with automation tools (n8n, Make, PowerAutomate) and AI applications (ChatGPT, Claude & Co.)
• Analytical, pragmatic, self-reliant – you think in solutions and implement them
• Fluent in German and English
