Operations Head (Production)

We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead and oversee multiple geographically dispersed production units. This role is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and strong financial performance across the business. The Head of Operations will drive integration between decentralized production and maintenance teams and centralized corporate functions to maximize productivity, sustainability, and asset reliability. The role engages closely with the Executive Team, customers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives; • Leading and managing a team of operations professionals to achieve business outcomes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies; • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in operations leadership roles. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
