Operations & Guest Communications Associate (w/m/d)

xHeron is the first AI + Human-Service-Agency for Short-Term Rentals and Boutique-Hotels. We are the Remote-Operations Team for over 700 units – from Guest Communication to Task Management to Quality Assurance.

Aufgaben

You are the operational backbone of xHeron. You ensure that our service remains excellent. Whether we manage 700 or 7,000 units.

• Guest Operations: You steer our Day-to-Day Operations and ensure that every guest has a first-class experience – supported by our AI, orchestrated by you.
• Task & Workflow Management: You are the central hub between our Remote-Team, customers, and external service providers. You coordinate, prioritize, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
• Quality Management: You define and monitor our Service-Standards, track KPIs, and coach the team to consistent top-performance.
• Process Architecture: You identify bottlenecks, design workflows, and drive automation forward. Every process you optimize scales over hundreds of units.

Qualifikation

You are suitable for the position if:

• You speak German on a C2 level (required) and English on a C1 level.
• You solve problems with creativity, structure, and high attention to detail.
• You think in systems and processes, not just individual cases
• You have a BSc in Business Administration, Economics or comparable fields

Plus point: Experience in Start-ups, Consulting, or Venture Building.
