You help aurivus become a scalable organization from an innovative DeepTech company. We're looking for you as Operations & Growth Manager (m/w/d)!

Your Mission
You work closely with CEO and CTO, taking over responsibility for the operational further development of the company. Your goal is to relieve founders, professionalize internal processes, and prepare the organization for growth.

Tasks

• BUILDING AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF SCALABLE INTERNAL PROCESSES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• RELIEVING THE EXECUTIVE BOARD IN OPERATIONAL DAILY BUSINESS
• PRIORITIZATION AND COORDINATION OF CROSS-DEPARTMENT THEMES
• COORDINATION OF SPECIAL PROJECTS, SUCH AS CERTIFICATIONS, PARTNER INITIATIVES OR INTERNAL STRUCTURE ISSUES
• FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF COLLABORATION BETWEEN DEVELOPMENT, SALES, CUSTOMER PROJECTS AND ADMINISTRATION
• CREATING TRANSPARENCY ABOUT PROGRESS, RISKS, RESOURCES AND NEXT STEPS

Qualification

• EXPERIENCE IN STARTUP OPERATIONS, SCALE-UP OPERATIONS, VENTURE BUILDING, CONSULTING OR A COO-NEAR ROLE
• ABILITY TO BUILD STRUCTURES WITHOUT OVERORGANIZING A SMALL TEAM
• STRONG ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING AND HIGH IMPLEMENTATION ORIENTATION
• VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION-, ORGANIZATION- AND PRIORITIZATION SKILLS
• INTEREST IN SOFTWARE, AI, DEEPTECH AND INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER FIELDS
• SUPERIOR HANDLING OF UNCERTAINTY, GROWTH AND CHANGING PRIORITY
