As Operations Lead, you are the strategic and operative driving force behind our Staffing-Team. You develop and implement our Staffing-Strategie, optimize Prozesse continuously, and ensure that our Projekte are always staffed with the right Talenten. You lead, coach, and develop your Team, drive Performance and Wachstum forward, and ensure that operational Exzellenz is never out of sight.

You establish the Staffing-Strategie for our B2C- und B2B-Geschäft and ensure its successful implementation.

You profile:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Staffing, Workforce Management, or operational Kapazitätsplanung.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven Entscheidungsstil.
• More than 2 years of experience in leading high-performing Teams.
• A strong Organisationstalent, proactive Kommunikation, and hands-on Mentalität.
• Fluent in Deutsch and Englisch.

• Experience in B2C-/B2B-Operations, short-term Personalplanung, or Matching-Systemen.
