As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to ensure smooth store operations and operational excellence across our retail network. About the Role: The Operations Executive will support daily store operations by overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring that all stores are well-stocked with high-quality products. This role will also involve coordinating logistics, managing supply chain, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience. • Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, visual merchandising, and product placement to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute plans for achieving business objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, and customer needs. • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and services, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
