What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day E-commerce operations across platforms
• Ensure seamless order flow - processing, tracking, returns & cancellation
• Manage listings, inventory, and pricing accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal team
• Manage order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer order
• Resolve operational issues and keep platforms running smoothly
• Monitor performance and highlight gaps proactively

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations
• Hands-on with marketplaces and order management systems
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
