Operations Executive

Job description

We are partnering with an oil trading company whom looking to hire an Operations Executive. The role involves managing the entire logistics process for cargo shipments, including contract execution, vessel and cargo coordination, and handling insurance or claims issues. Key Responsibilities : Ensure operations commence only with a signed contract, reviewing key terms and issuing instructions to finalize agreements. Manage Letters of Credit to ensure alignment with contract terms, handle invoicing and payment processing, coordinate with suppliers and customers, monitor and report on shipment status, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.
