As an Operations Executive (6-Months Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our exchange, including but not limited to: • Overseeing the onboarding process of new clients and partners; • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions; • Maintaining accurate records and performing regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; • Collaborating with our Compliance team to identify and mitigate potential risks; • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
