Tasks

Your Role

As a member of staff in the Operations Excellence & Expansion department, you will be a central interface in operational business and shape the expansion of new locations. Your focus lies on structured implementation, coordination, and optimization of processes – particularly in connection with planning and rollout of charging infrastructure.

The role is ideal for graduates or candidates with some years of relevant work experience who want to take responsibility, immerse themselves deeply into the company, and learn quickly.

You will accompany the entire process of location expansion from decision-making processes at management level to commissioning, gaining in-depth insights into the underlying strategies and developing yourself professionally and personally.

Your Tasks:

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of location expansion (including charging stations)
• Steering and accompanying the rollout of new locations from idea to commissioning
• Structuring, optimizing, and documenting operational processes
• Processing and coordinating various operational topics in daily business
• Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
• Ensuring a smooth workflow during project implementation
• Identifying potential for improvement and developing solutions independently

Qualification

• Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent studies
• First experience in the field of Operations, Project Management, or Location Development is advantageous
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Organizational talent and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in the area of e-mobility / charging infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Safe handling of common tools (e.g. Excel, project management tools)
• Very good German language skills, English is advantageous
