OPERATIONS ERP ANALYST

Orienta Orienta S.p.A. Società Benefit filiale di Treviso selects, for a lighting industry client company, an OPERATIONS ERP ANALYST in Vazzola (TV). Main duties The candidate will be responsible for: - Analysis, configuration and application support, actively collaborating with business users and developers - Analyzing non-Finance corporate processes, focusing on Operations - Functional and technical analysis of business needs related to management systems and departments - Collecting and formalizing functional and technical requirements through support/interaction with key users - Managing the functional configuration of ERP (Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics or others) - Supporting the execution of functional tests and startup phases - Writing functional and technical documentation in support of implemented solutions - Training and supporting various corporate functions on system operation - Project management, evolution, and personalization, coordinating internal activities and external consultants. Professional skills: - Ability to use SQL language (query creation, procedures, etc.) - Knowledge of at least one programming language among Java, Python, C# - Ability to interact effectively with users and developers in structured contexts - Discrete knowledge, analysis, and modeling of processes and information flows in industrial production and logistics - Excellent English proficiency - Knowledge of the AS/400 platform and/or experience on native AS/400 ERP Requisites - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Informatics or Industrial Engineering (informatics or related direction) - 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a structured manufacturing company or IT consulting firm, as a functional analyst on enterprise-class ERP systems (preferably Infor LN or Microsoft Dynamics), focusing on operations processes such as purchases, logistics, production, and sales - Residence within 30 km - Flexibility in moving between Resana and Vazzola sites.
