OPERATIONS ERP ANALYST

Orienta Orienta S.p.A. Società Benefit filiale di Montebelluna selects, for a company client in the lighting sector, an OPERATIONS ERP ANALYST at Resana (TV). The company is one of the main players in the Veneto region's lighting sector, leader of a group with international realities. Main duties: The candidate will be inserted into the IT office, in a team of 6 people: - analysis, configuration, and application support, actively collaborating with business users and developers - analyze non-Finance company processes, focusing on Operations - functional and technical analysis of business needs related to management systems and departments - collect and formalize functional and technical requirements through support/interaction with key users - manage the functional configuration of ERP (Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics or others) - support the execution of functional tests and startup phases - write functional and technical documentation in support of implemented solutions - provide training and support to various company functions on system operation - project management, evolutive, and personalized, coordinating internal activities and external consultants. Requirements: - Excellent understanding of relational database structure (tables, views, keys, constraints, etc.) and ability to use SQL language (query creation, procedures, etc.) - Knowledge of at least one programming language among Java, Python, C# - Ability to interact effectively with users and developers in structured contexts - Discreet knowledge, analysis, and modeling of processes and information flows in industrial production and logistics - Excellent knowledge of the English language - Preferable but not essential knowledge of the AS/400 platform and/or experience on native AS/400 ERP systems - 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing company with a structured organization, or alternatively in an IT consulting firm, as a functional analyst on enterprise-class ERP systems (preferably Infor LN or Microsoft Dynamics), focusing on operations processes such as purchases, logistics, production, and sales - Bachelor's or master's degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (informatics or related) Requirements: Attitudinal profile ideal: - planning of activities and effort estimation - analytical skills and problem-solving orientation - attitude to work in multidisciplinary teams - good relational skills and internal customer orientation - proactivity and autonomy in managing assigned activities.
