OPERATIONS ERP ANALYST

People, permanent division of Today's Work, on behalf of client company, seeks a/one OPERATIONS ERP ANALYST to be inserted within an industrial reality structured in Vazzola territory. Main activities: · Analysis, configuration and application support for ERP systems, in collaboration with business users and developers. · Analysis of corporate processes in the Operations area (purchases, logistics, production, sales). · Collection and formalization of functional and technical requirements with key users. · Functional configuration of ERP (Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamics or others). · Support for executing tests, starting up, and writing documentation. · Training and support for internal users on system usage. · Project management and evolution, coordinating internal activities and external consultants. Requirements: · Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent title). · 2-5 years of experience as an ERP functional analyst in manufacturing companies or IT consulting firms. · Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL language. · Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#). · Good knowledge of industrial production and logistics processes. · Fluent English. Transversal skills: · Analytical skills and problem-solving. · Attitude to work in multidisciplinary teams. · Proactivity, autonomy, and good relational skills. · Orientation towards internal customers.
