Operations Engineer in Facility Management (wImId) in Cologne
Job description
- The facility management (building management) at our location in Cologne-Mühlheim is in your hands – you will take over the strategic and conceptual alignment of technical building equipment here.
- You will work closely with authorities, experts, planners, as well as internal and external stakeholders, and be responsible for the continuous, economical, and safe operation of technical installations.
- You will develop decision-making proposals for sustainable energy supply at the site, taking into account the installation of renewable energies.
- You will contribute to the introduction of new technologies and tools (e.g. GLT, CAFM, EMS) and drive the continuous improvement process forward with your expertise.
