Responsibilities

• Excellence Standards: Define, implement, maintain, and audit operational processes that ensure the highest customer satisfaction during SPARK's expansion phase.
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and set excellence standards in every area of location management for the Delivery and Operations team.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through first-class service for SPARK customers and their guests, as well as careful handling of inquiries.
• Space Management: Take responsibility for all event, workshop, meeting, and office spaces, including regular inspections of the front and back of house, conducting cleaning audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree or vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Excellent leadership skills with the competence to motivate and lead a diverse team to ensure a first-class customer experience.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of SPARK's business model.
