Operations Director

We are looking for an Operations Director who will be responsible for optimizing production processes and operations to ensure efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Main responsibilities:
- Direction and coordination of production, quality, procurement, and logistics activities.
- Development and implementation of operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Management of human resources in operations, including training and development of the team.
- Continuous monitoring of operational performance to ensure achievement of company objectives.
- Collaboration with the R&D department for integration of new technologies into production processes.
- Implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality and operational excellence culture.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing operations acquired within medium/large-scale productive realities.
- Strong knowledge of modern production practices, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Ability to manage complex budgets and conduct effective negotiations with suppliers and partners.
- Advanced skills in using ERP and other integrated management systems.
- Excellent leadership and personnel management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Stress resistance and ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
