Operations & Customer Support Executive (Remote)

Who We Are We are a specialized travel consultancy focusing exclusively on premium business class international air travel. We manage complex itineraries for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle our post-booking operations and client support. The Role You will manage the booking from the moment the sale is closed until the client completes their trip. Your focus is Quality Assurance, Fulfillment, and Customer Support . You will be responsible for ensuring that all bookings are accurate, complete, and meet the customer's requirements. This includes verifying flight schedules, hotel reservations, and any additional services booked. You will also handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently in a remote setting; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience working in a fast-paced environment; Ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
