Operations & Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
Job description
As an Operations & Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), your main mission begins with the purchase agreement of our B2B customers. You will manage the process from A to Z: starting with coordination and planning, through transport and assembly, to your personal vision of optimally supporting customers and creating a first-class customer experience along the entire after-sales journey.
Note: This position is to be filled in Darmstadt, but can be executed remotely (location-independent) within Germany upon request.
Volume: 30-40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Customer Contact Person: As the first point of contact, you will assist our B2B customers with all communication aspects and questions regarding delivery, assembly, and complaints. The maxim: We want to serve the happiest and most satisfied customers on the market!
- Order Process in ERP: You will take over the expansion and maintenance of a robust, fast, and reliable order process in the ERP
- Process Optimization: Through holistic analyses and cross-functional process optimization, you will contribute to improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Project Management: You will support interdisciplinary projects in the areas of operations, automation, and customer and partner management
- Collaboration: Whether with external partners or internal teams, you will collaborate with various interfaces to develop customer-oriented solutions and continuously improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- You bring relevant professional experience and a suitable academic degree. Important to us are practical experience in customer communication as well as logistical understanding along the ERP
- Your passion is customer communication. You know how to proactively support "your" customers at the highest level at every stage and bring a smile to their faces
- You see yourself as hands-on and love to actively pitch in. Your working style is intrinsically motivated, self-responsible, and energetic
- You describe yourself as strong in holistically understanding and optimizing cross-functional processes. You convince with organizational skills, conscientiousness, and solution orientation. Your master skill: Structure paired with agility
- You are strong analytically and have the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- You speak and write German at a negotiation level and English fluently, and you are willing to travel occasionally for appointments with production partners
