Operations Coordinator - Security services

We're looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our Pacific Operations team in Burnaby! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations running efficiently - from scheduling and staffing to onboarding and compliance. You'll support our frontline teams, work closely with site supervisors and managers, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include: • Coordinating with site supervisors and managers to ensure that all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner. • Scheduling and staffing our frontline teams to meet client needs. • Onboarding new clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services. Some of the key qualifications for this role include: • 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
