Operations Coordinator

Pearl Abyss — the team behind Black Desert — is seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented and customer-obsessed, Korean and English-speaking Operations Coordinator to help accelerate our gaming reach to millions of customers across all screens (PC, Mobile, Console, etc.) in Europe. The Operations Coordinator will be in a highly collaborative role, creative, and work with results-oriented teams LiveOps, Marketing, Public Relations, etc. They will be disciplined to adhere to production schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating and supporting the development of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and event planning. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (LiveOps, Marketing, Public Relations) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and internal teams. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints. • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including tracking metrics and analyzing data to inform future decisions. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and operations. The ideal candidate will have: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field (Operations, Marketing, Public Relations). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high-quality standards. • Fluency in Korean and English.
