Your Mission

As an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) at SpotmyEnergy, you will become part of an energetic team that brings the energy transition into households! You are the central interface between our sales team and our service technicians in the field, ensuring that every installation can start smoothly. Our product offers real added value for the majority – it simplifies access to smart energy and brings the future into every home. For this to work effectively in everyday life, it requires someone who keeps an overview between sales and technology, and this is exactly where you come in.

In doing so, you will ensure that all relevant customer information is complete, be in direct contact with our customers, and make sure that nothing gets lost between sales and technology. With short decision-making paths and a team that relies on you, you will ensure that every contract closing also results in a smooth installation.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Proactive collection of missing information from customers and clarification of open questions before the technician's deployment
• Interface Function: Coordination of the information flow between B2C Sales and the technicians for a smooth handover process
• Data Maintenance: Conscientious documentation and updating of customer data in internal systems
• Problem Solving: Early identification of discrepancies and pragmatic solution finding before they lead to delays
• Teamwork: Close collaboration with Sales, Dispatch, and the technician team

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., as an office management clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or similar) or a comparable qualification
• Clear, friendly, and confident communication – also on the phone and under time pressure
• Structured way of working, maintaining an overview even with many parallel customer inquiries
• Desire to develop further in a young, growing team
• Fluent German (min. C1), as our ops processes are conducted in German
