Due to our client's sustained growth prospects, we are filling the position of "Operations Controller (m/f/d)" to strengthen the team.

Your Tasks

• You will take over the operations controlling for several locations and work closely with management, operations managers, and specialist departments.

• You will analyze operational business, identify deviations, and derive concrete measures.

• You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports further, bringing transparency to a growing organization.

• You will support with planning, forecasting, and steering of the locations.

• You will connect numbers with operational reality and bring both worlds together.

Your Profile

• You have experience in controlling and want to work close to operational business – not just in reporting.

• You understand P&L, cash flow, and cost structures and can translate them into the reality of the locations.

• You are familiar with operational controlling – ideally in the craft or project-oriented sector.

• You analyze deviations, get to the root causes, and derive concrete measures.

• You think ahead: forecast instead of rearview mirror.

• You work confidently with MS Excel (incl. Pivot / Power Query), ERP systems, and ideally BI tools.

• You prepare complex topics in a way that is clear and understandable for everyone.
