About the Job: The Operations Consultant is the main link between the franchisor and franchisees, acting as a strategic partner for the success of units. The professional will be responsible for conducting technical visits, applying training, analyzing performance indicators, and implementing action plans to ensure that quality standards and processes are followed, aiming to optimize results for each franchise.

Duties:

• Conduct technical visits and monitor performance at franchises.
• Apply technical and management training for franchisees and their teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
• Analyze performance indicators and propose solutions to optimize results.
• E nsure compliance with franchisor standards and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in operations consulting or franchise management.
• Knowledge of analysis indicators and process management.
• Availability for frequent travel.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
