We are building a rapidly growing startup in the field of renewable energies.

Our focus lies on photovoltaics and heat pumps, and on implementing energy projects faster and more efficiently. To achieve this, we combine operational implementation with data-driven processes and new technologies.

We are growing quickly and many things are still not perfectly structured. That's why we're looking for someone who is willing to take over operative topics and build functioning systems from them.

You will work directly with the management team and be responsible for projects and processes that really move the company forward.

Aufgaben

• OPERATIVE RESPONSIBILITY – You will work directly with the management team and take over topics that are really crucial for the company.
• STRUCTURE OUT OF CHAOS – Many processes are still in development. Your task is to develop clear workflows, systems, and structures from them.
• Making THE COMPANY STEUERBAR – You will help build key figures, reporting, and management overviews so that decisions can be made data-based.
• PROCESS IMPROVEMENT – You will analyze how sales, projects, and after-sales work and ensure that workflows become clearer, faster, and more efficient.
• INITIATING IMPLEMENTATION – You will take on new topics and bring them from the idea to implementation.

Qualification

• ANALYTICAL PROBLEM-SOLVING – You can quickly penetrate new topics, identify the underlying problem, and break it down structurally.
• STRUCTURED WORKING – You translate complex topics into clear analyses, steps, and decision-making bases.
• KI COMPETENCE – You have experience using GPT systematically to analyze problems, develop options, and achieve quick, sustainable results.
• DEVELOPING OPTIONS FOR ACTION – You can derive multiple solution paths from an analysis and evaluate them cleanly.
• IMPLEMENTATION – You bring topics pragmatically from analysis to implementation and don't get lost in concept work.
• CLEAR PRESENTATION – You can write complex matters precisely and structured so that decisions can be made quickly.
• PRACTICALISM – You work quickly, solution-oriented, and avoid unnecessary complexity.
