Your key responsibilities will include: • Managing and optimizing our content workflow, from ingestion to delivery. • Collaborating with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven insights that inform our creative decisions. • Working closely with our product development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including writers, voice artists, and other partners. • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our users. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the audio content space.
