Job description
Base Location: Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: Managing end to end Deliveries of Shipments. Coordinating with 3PL partners for performance adherence and daily escalations. Managing customer complaints for quick resolution with a customer oriented approach. Understand present processes, and identify areas of improvement to drive efficiency and reliability. Ability to think of Tech enabled solutions for day to day activities. Dashboarding and Reporting - Extracting and publishing daily reports.
