Operations and Logistics Associate We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to help manage Inventory. This role's primary focus is handling inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, a problem-solver, and can juggle multiple tasks at once. This role is remote and reports to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain inventory levels across multiple warehouses. * Manage the fulfillment of orders from multiple sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, wholesale). * Manage and maintain relationships with 3PLs, shipping carriers, and other vendors. * Analyze and optimize the logistics network to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes. * Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and other operational issues. * Manage the returns process, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returns. * Assist with the development and implementation of new operational processes and systems. * Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. * Experience with order fulfillment and inventory management systems. Nice to Have * Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central. * Experience with 3PLs. * Experience with data analysis and reporting.
