Job Description: Payment Investigation & Helpdesk will partner with Correspondent Banking Clients as well as internal lines of businesses including Global Transaction Services, Cash Management, and Securities. The team will be responsible for investigating payment-related issues, providing timely and accurate resolution to clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues in a timely and accurate manner. • Partner with Correspondent Banking Clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Collaborate with internal lines of businesses including Global Transaction Services, Cash Management, and Securities to ensure seamless resolution of payment-related issues. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all investigations and resolutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the team's knowledge and expertise are current and relevant.
